It is my difficulty to associate things with their exchange value or use value.

There are lots of things which cost nothing or next to nothing and are used by creative artists to make amazing stuff.

It is the same in science and technology. There is the hidden assumption that the more devlopped they are the most costly they are. This is not quite true. Some rather crude inventions can lead to valuable products. That I&D don’t pay attention to them is our loss, in the end
